Cancellation Policy
I value your time and mine, so please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Arrivals 15 minutes or more late will result in the appointment being canceled and a 100% charge of the scheduled service price. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-shows will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service price. Deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure all color and highlight appointments; however, your deposit will be applied toward your appointment total.
